By participating in this interactive photo taking at the Christmas Online Photo Booth activity (the "Activity"), you, the participant, hereby consent, accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions as follows:

Terms and conditions("Terms & Conditions")

The Activity is organized by Trinax Private Limited ("Trinax") and these Terms & Conditions shall apply to all stages of the Activity.

1. Eligibility for participation in the Activity:
a) You must be at least 18 years of age or older and reside in Singapore.
b) You must have read and understood, and must accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
c) All information submitted by you to Trinax must be true and accurate.

2. You agree to grant Trinax the right to collect and use your personal data (including your name, email address and/or photo) for the purpose of the Activity, and such collection and use of your personal data shall be in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Personal data collected will not be retained after the Activity.

3. You may be given access to certain intellectual property belonging to Trinax. You are only permitted to use the intellectual property (including the "Trinax" mark and any related service and programme marks, brands, programme titles, visuals, photos, names and likeness of characters and/or performers) for your personal use and not for commercial purposes

5. You shall indemnify and keep Trinax and its affiliated/related companies indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs suffered and/or incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
